I need to create a volume mesh from segmented CT image data but I can't figure out how to import the data. How do I need to set up the .raw image file to do this? I tried to import isosurfaces created in MATLAB and although they imported fine I was unable to generate volume tetras from the surfaces because the surfaces weren't closed. As I already have segmented dated that is basically voxelized how can I greate volume meshes with hypermesh?
