Does any one now how to define the Draw direction using Split option but in two directions (for example in the X and Y). Or does it only work for 1 direction only.

Split draw only works in one direction (both directions along same axis), as this is how the manufacturing process also works.
You can however create multiple topology design spaces to create different constraints for different regions of the part.
